Night And Day: Latin and jazz comping for ukulele

We'll learn a sultry arrangement of Cole Porter's "Night and Day" that switches from a Latin groove to swing on the bridge, then back to Latin, propelling the song's momentum and creating interest.
Level: Lower intermediate and up. Chord diagrams will be provided on handouts.
Enrolment is limited to 20 students to ensure that I can spend more time providing individual feedback as needed.
Tuning: we will use GCEA tuning. Both low G and high G welcome.

Note: you will receive workshop handouts and high quality backing tracks for practice closer to the workshop date. This workshop will be recorded and you'll be able to stream a replay for up to 3 weeks afterwards so you can go over anything you found tricky in class.
Cancellation policy: Because class sizes are strictly capped, we are unable to issue refunds for missed workshops. However, you will have access to a high-quality video replay for three weeks after the session, giving you plenty of time to catch up at your own pace!
